Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! musicworx is taking Annie JR. to stage in March 2024!
Based on the popular comic strip and adapted from the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, with a beloved book and score by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Chernin, Annie JR. features everyone’s favourite little redhead in her very first adventure. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City.
Wenzu enjoys a drink (or six!) at the local tavern, catching up on the news and spending time with his mates after a hard day’s work. Meanwhile, his wife Rożi is at home, attending to the daily chores. Will the wine wash away Wenzu’s cares or add to them on his return home?
musicworx is thrilled to present this special adaptation of the nine-time Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Fiddler on the Roof JR. following Tevye the milkman as he tries to protect his daughters and his way of life from a changing world.

My first full production as a musical theatre director occurred in 2013, when I led the St Bernadette’s Youth in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. It was a fantastic success with an attendance of over 450 people across two nights! The cast and crew did a spectacular job and the event cemented my desire to keep directing more productions!
